  • How far is the Alster?

    5 minutes' walk away - and only

    2 minutes if you already have your running shoes

    on! Jogging along the Alster

    Hamburg has a great cult factor.

  • Can I park with you?

    The Freytag is located in a residential area with

  • By when do I have to arrive or depart

    Check-in is possible from 3 pm & check-out must be completed by 11 am. If you are due to arrive after 3pm, this is not a problem. In this case, we will prepare a safe arrival for you. 


    This means that you can enter the hotel with an access code and retrieve your room card from your personal safe.

  • Do you have an electric charging station near you?

    Unfortunately, we do not have our own electric charging station.

  • Do you have a gym?

    On the garden floor you will find our

    fitness room, open daily until 10.30 pm.

    Here you will find weight stations, TRX bands, a Max Wall wall bar and stylish

    stylish NOHrD swingbells (dumbbells).

    A television is also available.

  • How often is the room cleaned?

    Once a week a thorough cleaning of your

    cleaning of your flat is carried out once a week,

    including a change of bed linen and towels. A towel change and a further cleaning check are also carried out once a week. Cleaning can also be reduced and scheduled on request. If you have a special request, please contact us.

  • Is there an on-site garden?

  • How do I pay for my apartment?

    We will arrange payment of the full first month's rent before your arrival. You will then be invoiced monthly for the price of your flat, regardless of the length of your stay.

  • Do you have an in-house shop?

    You can purchase various snacks and drinks around the clock in our lobby. You will be charged via your flat bill.
