Our services for a relaxing stay
Here you don't have to work. It's enough if we do it. Our small, dedicated team takes care of all the necessary services professionally and unnoticed in the background. The rooms are cleaned when you are not there. No one knocks on your door early in the morning.
Boring standards such as a minibar, tourist brochures and an automated wake-up service are not available at the Freytag. Decide for yourself what you want. Our concierge will be happy to provide you with all conceivable services and ideas.

The equipment

Experience fine living luxury, imaginatively and personally furnished, with handcrafted, individual furniture between tradition and modernity.
The well-known designer Sibylle von Heyden was inspired by the "Bel Etage", the upper-class salon culture of the Wilhelminian era. The furniture and lights were specially designed for this purpose and manufactured to the highest standards.
The 33 one- and two-room apartments on four floors are individually designed and offer living space from approx. 28 m² to approx. 81 m².
All serviced apartments have a spacious living and sleeping area, underfloor heating, telephone, TV and free Wi-Fi, some with air conditioning, a fully equipped pantry with refrigerator, stove, microwave,
Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher as well as a bathroom with large shower and toilet.
A thorough weekly main cleaning including a change of bed linen and towels is a matter of course. You can clean, dry and iron your own laundry in our laundry room free of charge.

The public areas
In our lobby on the ground floor you can purchase various drinks and snacks around the clock. Payment is made through your apartment.
Our library is also located here. In this separate room you can read a book, work or simply relax in peace.
The in-house fitness room is located in the basement - open daily until 10.30 p.m. Here you will find power stations, TRX bands, a Max Wall wall bars and stylish NOHrD swingbells (dumbbells). There is also a television.
Our laundry room is also located in the basement. You can wash, dry and iron your private laundry here around the clock free of charge.

The Freytag is located in one of the most popular and beautiful districts of Hamburg - in Uhlenhorst, with picturesque old buildings, lots of greenery, and everything crossed by canals. The Alster is just a few minutes' walk away and is ideal for sailing, rowing or jogging. The Hamburger Strasse shopping center and the charming Papenhuder Strasse offer shopping opportunities.
